1. Countries we deliver to

ASADORI delivers to Belgium, the Netherlands, France, Germany, Luxembourg and Spain, subject to the destinations actually offered when you order.

2. Delivery methods

Depending on the country, the following delivery methods are offered:

• Belgium: home delivery or bpost pick-up point;
• Netherlands: home delivery or Mondial Relay pick-up point;
• France: Mondial Relay pick-up point;
• Germany: home delivery or GLS pick-up point;
• Luxembourg and Spain: Mondial Relay pick-up point.

Only the options shown at checkout are available.

3. Delivery costs

Delivery costs are not fixed in this policy. They are calculated and shown during checkout, once you have entered your delivery address and before you finally confirm your order. The total amount to pay, delivery included, is shown before confirmation.

4. Delivery times and responsibility

Estimated delivery times are shown when you order. Unless otherwise agreed, delivery takes place within the applicable legal deadline. ASADORI remains responsible for the risk of loss or damage until the consumer takes physical possession of the parcel, in accordance with the law.

5. Pick-up points and incidents

Please collect your parcel within the deadline given by the carrier. If your parcel is not delivered, arrives damaged or is returned, contact us at contact@asadori.com. Your legal rights as a consumer continue to apply.
