Right of withdrawal
In principle, you have 14 calendar days from receiving your order to let us know that you wish to withdraw from your purchase.
You can email us at contact@asadori.com, use the withdrawal feature on our site or send us the model withdrawal form.
If you simply change your mind, the direct cost of returning the goods is at your expense.
Once you have notified us of your decision, you have 14 calendar days to return the products.
Refund
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned product or proof of its dispatch, whichever comes first.
The refund is made within 14 days of notification of your withdrawal, subject to the legal right to withhold it until we receive the product or proof of its dispatch.
The refund covers all amounts paid, including delivery costs. If you chose a more expensive delivery method than the cheapest standard delivery we offer, we only refund the cost of that standard delivery.
The refund is made using the same payment method as your order, unless you expressly agree to another method. It does not cost you anything.
Returning tea
ASADORI teas are food products that are sensitive to air, moisture, odours and storage conditions. They are packed in protective packaging to preserve their quality, freshness and aromas.
A tea can be returned under the right of withdrawal if its food pouch has remained closed, intact and sealed.
Once the food pouch has been opened or its protective seal broken, the product cannot be returned for a simple change of mind where it falls under the legal exception for sealed goods that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons.
This restriction does not apply to a damaged, incorrect, defective or non-conforming product: these situations are covered in article 11 of the terms of service.
Returning accessories
Accessories can be returned under the legal right of withdrawal.
They must be properly protected for transport.
Handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to check the product may result in a reduced refund corresponding to its loss of value.
